Private and Public Tours of The Master’s House

The Friends continue to offer guided tours on the first Wednesday of the month from March to October inclusive. They start at 10.30am and last for approximately an hour and a half. Anyone wishing to join a tour must apply to the Library in advance where a calendar of tour dates for the year will be available. There is no charge but donations towards the Master’s House are welcome.

The Friends also welcome approaches from groups of up to 20 people which may be arranged by special agreement with the Library. Requests should bear in mind that the building is a working Library so private group visits are normally only considered on any free Wednesday (when the Library is usually closed) but other dates may be possible. There is no set charge for private tours but donations are welcome.
